We can even arrange to stop at a camp on the bayou for a snack, lunch or even dinner! Let us know what your interests are and we'll be glad to help you plan a memorable event.

How about a real Cajun Crayfish Boil?! Watch as our expert chef transforms these lowly "mudbugs" into a culinary delight. Your mouth will water as he seasons them with whole garlic, onions, cayenne pepper, lemons, bay leaf, salt and some "secret" ingredients we can't divulge.
